DAY 4

 

Breakfast:

Intermittent Fasting

 

Afternoon…

Time 2pm – break your fast with a small snack. A few fruits will do. Drink lots of water and have a large satisfying protein meal later.

Do not exceed 250 calories

3pm: 1 serving of rice (ofada rice or basmati) with vegetable stew.

If you’re going to add meat, let it be chicken or fish (salmon)

roughly 500-560 calories depending on the quantity you eat.

 

Evening…

Time 6pm – large bowl of fruit/vegetable salad

200 calories

Snack (8pm) have any snack you want that is under 400 calories.

It could be fruits or dark chocolate

 

Total calories for the day= 1,410 kcal
