Firstly, this plan is optimized to save you time and energy by reusing ingredients and leftovers in creative ways throughout the month.

Moreover, this is done by keeping this plan simple yet exciting and delicious, you’ll be motivated to stick with it till the end

 

DAY 2

 

Always make sure you drink at least 16 ounces of water 30 mins prior to every meal.

 

Breakfast (7-8am): ginger and lemon tea + akara + pap/bread (choose any carbohydrate of your choice.) = 391 calories (approximately) note that every ball of akara is approximately 70 calories if made with the basic ingredients.

Lunch (2pm): 2 large cucumbers and groundnuts + water only= 130 calories

Dinner (7pm): one bowl of fruit or vegetable salad + water. (DO NOT USE SALAD CREAM OR MAYONASE) = approximately 300 calories. Please do not add cabbages and bananas to your salad to avoid bloating and indigestion
